The location is great close to everything. The beds are comfortable and the villa has water supplied. The swimming pool was great

The tiles are quite slippery in the shower and could do with a good bleach. The aircon vents could also do with a clean

very comfortable and well appointed room. Quite complex which is well positioned about 250m from Bintang supermarket. despite being on Legian st it is completely quiet within the complex, no road noise. Staff were very accommodating

Pool was nice, staff were great and always smiling, bed was comfy

Bath and toilet quite dim at night, our kettle did not work and the tv in the bedroom is not a smart tv (only in the lounge) had bad reception. Not major issues for us as we were mostly out, but may be an issue for others who like to enjoy tea/noodles or watch tv from the bed.
