NOT GOOD BUILDING WORK HOTEL NEXT DOOR, NUMATICAL DRILL GOING FROM 8 UNTILL 6 6 DAYS A WEEK,CAN HEAR IT FROM POOLSIDE AND OUR ROOM OVERLOOKED THE HOTEL NEXT DOOR,THIS WILL CONTINUE UNTILL NOVEMBER OF THIS YEAR!!!!!!!!!!! WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL WAS NOT OFFERED ANOTHER ROOM AFTER COMPLAINING THREE TIMES.

The Hotel is generally OK but near noisy bars and renovation work at an adjacent Hotel was using a JCB Jack Hammer 0900 to 1700.

stayed here for the last 15 years going 2 or 3 times a year, rooms have been upgraded but furniture still needs to be a little better only painted over the original colour. pool area is great ,food excellent and good value for money , Fados restaurant on the prom is a really great place to eat , friendly staff and a good choice of food.

We were told 2 hr wait to book in this turned out to be 3 hours. The safe would not lock. After two visits to reception I finally convinced them I was not the problem and the sent maintenance to REPAIR it!!

The pool and restaurant is very nice and modern however the bathroom is very old and dirty, mould in between all tiles, we asked for a room swap and the next room was the same except the bathroom also had gunk came out of the bath tap which you had to turn on before making it to a shower. We went to shut the curtains in the living room and the whole rail came off. The beds are like a solid rock and the couch looked about 100 years old I couldn't even sit on it.

I did find the sign by the pool of no reserving sun loungers amusing, they were all reserved by 9am every day. The apartments are fine, ours was just a base really, good location and easy access to everything...

cleanliness of room - very bad the bathrooms very dirty, a lot of noises from the street could not get good night sleep, the pool very small.

We are a family of 4, with 2 children under 6. The lack of airconditioning was a bit annoying but we knew about this before booking. The 2nd bed was a sofa bed in the lounge and a pull-out 2nd half of the bed (2 pieces) and there was no curtains on the kitchenette window, so the lounge got very bright in the mornings. Luckily the bathmat was a perfect fit for the window! Room safe can be hired at an extra cost. The service of the hotel was excellent, with cleaners active every day. Be warned, they start quite early in the morning, as do the gardeners, but that helps wake you up because you need to be queuing for a sunbed in peak season by 08:45 or you will miss out. The pool area was nice & clean, with lifeguard on duty every day. The toddlers pool was totally separate, the shallow pool is actually connected to the main pool so you got groups playing ball at the same time as you try to look after your children. There is a shop on site open from 08:00 with basic supplies, and other shops across the road too. The location was very good for walking down into Los Cristianos centre/beach, at less than 10 mins walk. We never ate in the hotel restaurant (terraced area in the hotel reception) so cannot comment on the food.

It's a run down hotel with cracks all over hotel and needs painting,the rooms are really dirty and beds uncomfortable,the day we arrived we found 3 dead cockroaches on the floor,all the rules of the hotel are broken everyday if u want to use a sun lounger b prepared to get up by 6.30 everyday.

Second visit, my only real issue was that the sofa wasn't a sofa bed (it was in our previous apartment). Rooms are basic, but adequate. It would also would have been useful to have an icebox in the fridge.
