Staff was super attentive and friendly!

Pool could have stayed open later

My room with access to the pool - however they rented out the room next door for a day to a bunch of women in a business trip - they were loud took over the pool and distributed all of us in our private rooms

The staff i found unfriendly , favored other guest and was obvious- when serving you they were extremely rude, loud and condescending- if you order something at breakfast the day before they shouted out you want and y today - so unprofessional- you ask for cutlery - ok madam loudly then don’t bring it - it was a constant battle to get service , you called for room service you had to repeat order many times - thask for the Spa way way overpriced and again unprofessional the lady doing pedicure and manicure was awful she cut my finger and took two hours just doing my feet all while i lay on a hard lounger- had to stop the process once she cut my finger - the area the hotel is in is too far from main activities - taxis overpriced if you use hotel ones - use Grab - food was ok at hotel but everything overpriced - massage is triple the price at hotel than outside for example

I wish they replaced the sugar & tooth paste but that’s literally the only thing I can think of !

Beautiful resort, spent a lot of time by the pool which was wonderful, restaurant on site was really good, cocktails were nice too. Staff were incredible!

It is a bit far from the main part of Samui, and taxis are expensive. I wish we hired a bike for our stay to get around a bit more. Bed was also a bit hard.
