Hôtel Transatlantique

The hotel is old vintage style and very beautiful. There is an amazing man called Aziz who tried to help a terrible place and situation

The rest of the experience was terrible. A dreadful boy called Bilel was appallingly rude and could not find my booking. Aziz found it easily. Bilel was so rude and told me 'you can go' when he could not initially find it. Room crammed with furniture, no plug sockets or lights or anything worked. Bathroom ancient, no hot water even after 15 minutes running it. Breakfast was like a tiny croissant and some butter and jam After explaining to the owner's sister with my Arabic translation app, she brought Bilel to apologise but instead he blamed my taxi driver (a very good friend) for his making a mistake yesterday. After this I gave up on this dreadful mess and walled off and got a different hotel for the other two nights, at my own expense. Booking.com...why have you got properties like this on your books? 3 times in Morocco I had to change hotels I have booked through you. You need to read your customer reviews and see what people are telling you. You need to raise the standard.

Excellent qualité prix . Personnel à votre écoute et toujours prêt à rendre service. Très bon petit déjeuner, emplacement très central

Le Clim avait un problème mais comme nous restions qu une nuit j ai pas cherché a changer de chambre

Voir des fourmis et des insectes sur le lit m'a dégouté c'est la 1 ère fois que je vois cela dans un hôtel. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre immédiatement.
