Ожидания и реальность, фото на booking сделаны под правильным углом или очень старые. Номера очень грязные, застарелые пятна, а холле пахнет сыростью, в номерах протекает вода в душевой, полотенца дырявые старые, застиранные, что уже можно их просто выкинуть. В номерах нет одеял, есть пледы, но нет простыни или пододеяльника, чтобы заправить их. Завтраки плохие, маленькая шведская линия, из фруктов яблоки и апельсины. Отель не соответствует 4 звездам. Расположение недалеко от старого города- дойти пешком 20-30 минут. До пляжа минуты 3. У отеля есть кусок пляжа на городском, но этот пляж не очень чистый, кто хочет отдохнуть в более спокойном месте, лучше немного отдалённо от города искать отель. Неплохой бассейн у отеля. Кто ночью отдыхает, обратите внимание, на улице, на которой стоит отель через дорогу расположен круглосуточный бар, музыка играет до поздней ночи и в номерах всё отлично слышно (просили переселить в другой номер, тк первый был прям напротив бара, не помогло)).

The location was so comfortable, and rooms they gave to us was soo big and nice. swimming pool was so clean.

One of the receptionist was not friendly at all. Towels were so old and almost gray instead of white , also the breakfast wad so simple and the dishes and glasses were not so clean. Also the parking was a big problem because that area was so crowded.

The location is good. The pool area is nice. Immediately after our arrival, we had to complain to reception staff about 3 times (about our room not having any kind of blanket or duvet to cover with and there being a really filthy toilet from the previous occupants of the room ). Credit to reception staff for eventually getting this sorted. When a duvet finally arrived… it had no cover. We had to TELL reception that a cover was essential for us to use the duvet

Probably the worst hotel we stayed in during our 3 week tour of Turkey (stayed in about 14 hotels during this period). Rooms are filthy and the food (for breakfast/dinner etc) was probably the worst food we had in our Turkey trip as a whole. Staff generally look like they don’t want to be there (we were there at the beginning of the season - God knows what they’re like by October!) On the upside the all inclusive package at this hotel is still cheap so if you’re not bothered by poor food selection/quality, indifferent staff and dirty rooms, you should be just fine :-)

Lovely quiet hotel, great central location. The housekeeping staff was very good. Towels changed everyday. Reception was very helpful. A good place to stay if you don't want to all inclusive. I would stay here again

Went to use the shower a couple of times, only to find there was no water. Also, the food for breakfast was below what I expected and from what I had seen on the reviews. The beds were slightly too hard
