After many visits to Patong, my first stay at Burasari Resort after a recommendation from a friend. The amazing service started at check in with the staff going out of their way to give me a room overlooking the beautiful second pool. The restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful, shout out to Pam for her great service. Also my room attendant Juk did an amazing job. Look forward to staying at Burasari again in the future

I would also like to thank Jummy and Yaya at the front desk for their kindness, warm welcome, and excellent customer service. Thip and Kwan were the best masseuses my friend and I could ask for! They took care of us the entire time and were super sweet and helpful throughout the entire treatment. Jummy and YaYa were super sweet from the way they greeted us to taking care of us and ensuring our time was spent well, super thankful for such sweet receptionists and staff! Would definitely recommend stopping by the spa once or every day for your entire trip because it was worth it!
