We spent three weeks in the Elite Pool Room and loved it. The room was spacious, the bed super comfy, and the balcony daybed overlooking the pool was heaven. Both pools were beautiful, breakfast had loads of variety, and the staff were warm, funny, and incredibly helpful. Our couple’s spa package was amazing, and the location was peaceful yet convenient. Highly recommend.

Honestly, nothing at all. If anything, extending the happy hour at the swim‑up pool bar from lunch through to sunset - better for the guests and better for business ☺️

Since we stayed in June, it was raining a lot but it’s off and on every few hours. I HIGHLY recommend eating breakfast or dinner at the restaurant, better than most foods outside (not all). The rooms have amazing controllable air conditioning so you don’t have to worry about overheating at night. All the staff members are really nice and most speak English. The amenities such as the pools or spa were top tier. It was low season so there were hardly any other people which made our stay very relaxing. It is very close to Bangla Road and many other attractions. I recommend taking a taxi to Freedom Beach or a boat if the weather permits.
