The hotel is located away from Lisbon city, in an office area surrounded by IT companies like Dell, Cisco, etc. The lobby is spacious, and the staff were friendly. The ambience outside the hotel was lovely! Being surrounded by offices, the outside area was clean and well-kept. Rooms were decent and large, but with hardly any amenities - no ironing board, kettle. Being a business hotel, would have expected them to keep these. Even the bathroom had no toiletries other than the usual shower gel and hand soap. Ac and Wifi worked fine. A minibar was available. Housekeeping was good - the room was cleaned up properly the next morning. The room was quite soundproofed - no sounds from the neighbouring rooms! The corridors were wide and well-lit. Breakfast was served in the ground-floor restaurant, which was very spacious. BF spread was good, and the staff was helpful. Would have rated them excellent if they had only kept some of the basic amenities in the room!
