The front desk/reception staff were wonderful, pleasant and helpful. We we disappointed with the restaurant hostess, she was rude and very unpleasant at most encounters. Meals are all buffet style and required reservations, we were told after staying there for 5 days we were expected to eat breakfast the same time everyday. Under normal circumstances that would have been fine, however, we had excursions booked for different times throughout our stay. The grounds were beautiful. We did not have a car, and required a taxi to explore the area. There is a nice beach bar/restaurant nearby that we could walk to. Nothing else in walking distance. I would not recommend staying at this resort the entire length of your stay. Beautiful, but very remote.

Wonderful holiday with lots of hikes around lakes and along beautiful trails to waterfalls. We loved the hotel. Our suite was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and great bath. We had enough space to do yoga each morning. The staff were very pleasant and helpful providing information about hikes and tourism. Marcia was an absolute gem and looked after us so well. Beautiful island and a relaxing weeks holiday.
Well maintained property which is a 20 minutes drive from the airport. Everything seemed clean and we received friendly service. Breakfast every morning was the same. We went during low season so the hotel was really quiet which we liked.

Very tranquil and beautiful environment directly at the beach. Great! Rooms are refurbished, spacious and in clean condition. Very pleasant! The quality of the food in the restaurant is extremely poor and cheap. They offer vegetarian linguini with all veggies and mushrooms out of a can, Nothing is fresh. Disgusting taste! Breakfast is a self-service buffet with mainly very cheap products including coffee or tea. Not worth to attend! Personal is friendly but not up to par. Overall much too expensive ($300+ p/night). Won't come back.
