Muy bien situado. Limpio y con unas buenas instalaciones

Pues no poder reservar el parking. Fue una faena llegar y ver que estaba todo lleno. Llamamos unos días antes para reservarlo y nos dijeron que no se podía. En nuestro caso era especialmente delicado porque contábamos con poder cargar el coche en el parking del hotel, ya que es totalmente eléctrico. Creo que una correcta gestión del parking mejoraría la experiencia de los clientes

Ubicación

Teniendo reservada una habitación triple con vistas al mar en un principio nos dijeron que era doble y cama de matrimonio ( éramos dos amigos ) . Que no había otra cosa . Al sacar el correo electrónico con la reserva y pasársela por los morros apareció una habitación doble con camas separadas pero no era una habitación triple como contraté . Una pena que intenten engañar así a los clientes
