Proximity to Foxwoods and Mystic village- comfortable stay at a fair price

The grounds were a bit messy, landscape needs updating and tree in front of the sign needs pruning

Every single aspect. From ALL THE STAFF. The white glove service and cleanliness and the most delicious breakfasts I've ever had. The bed was beyond comfortable. The other guests were phenomenal. I slept soundly each night. The pool was soooooo amazing and clean and warm and just spectacular!!!

"It was ok, nothing special."

I liked the land and grounds.

The hotel wasn’t the cleanest, the pool was extremely small for the size of the hotel, pool deck was extremely dirty with nasty hair and fake finger nails all around the deck! It was very wet and slippery. My child actually fell well walking to get into the pool. It’s very unsafe for older people, they can easily get seriously hurt. The breakfast stated on booking.com included if they charge you alittle more for it and when we had breakfast it wasn’t included at all. Breakfast was not impressive at all! Coffee was absolutely disgusting! Waste of money! The room was ok nothing special for the amount of money they charge. King bed was stiff with little pillows, shower had hair in it and the bathroom trash bin also had hair in it. Shower was like a box. Towels were really rough and hard. Honestly, for 8.3 stars or whatever it was disappointing, was expecting more. I wouldn’t stay here again, it was good it was only for one night.
