The manager was rude cussing at us telling us to get the f off the property

The customer service is always great. They make check-in and check-out very easy. The location and price are convenient as well. The rooms are generally well-maintained.

We got there later than normal and were given a room. When we got to our room, it was dismantled. The sheets were everywhere, and the mattress was off the bed. So we had to drag our luggage back to the car, go back around, and request a new room. They were very quick to fix this for us, but the new room was a little stinky and not as clean as it has been in the past.

The free breakfast was well maintained and fresh with good sausage and scrambled eggs plus all continental supplies.

Location was convenient. Breakfast was just right. Room was quiet. Kearney is dear to me anyway. Many happy times there staying with my Aunt and Uncle. Recently moved them to Florida near their son. The first thing I noticed was the comfortable temperature, a light was left on. The paint job was good. Othe Econo I have stayed in have had sloppy paint jobs with smears on the baseboards and door framing. It just makes a place look cheap. The tub wasn’t stained. The curtain was fresh and fit the tub. Linens were in good condition. Night light was a plus. Coffee was good. Refrig was cold. And plenty of counter space. Bed was comfy and even had a nice fleece blanket. The bed spreads were light weight and not stained. Didn’t use the pool it wasn’t open. Nice and clean. Best compliments to house keeping.

No smiles and limited communication with front desk. Probably a language barrier.
