"Visit to Family"

Our Family are working in Kuwait and we stayed at this Hotel which was the most convenient. Very comfortable and breakfast awesome which our Family joined us for. Staff were the best, polite and wanting to help.

"Unpleasant stay"

Car parking service was very bad. They park my car on non parking area more over they hit my car against the wall.the employee did not apologies when i call him and he shows angar. The breakfast buffet was unpleasant. One of The restaurant staff not train to deal with people

"Work"

This is truly a first class hotel, On the best beach in Kuwait. My only regret is only being able to stay 3 days at this great property. Drive by the other so called 5 star hotels and stay at this one, you will not be disappointed. Cant wait for a return trip!! Thanks to all the staff who made my stay memorable.
