Fabulous pool with attentive waiters and excellent food (the best baja fish tacos of anywhere we tried!). Loved that the beach club was an included amenity. Medano Beach is really lovely- clean, nice sand, and the water was super clear and swimmable, and of course the views! The beach club is roped off from the public beach area, which was really nice for keeping the beach vendors at bay. Everything at the property was very clean and well-maintained. The location of the property is excellent; walking distance to the marina and most restaurants and attractions in Cabo San Lucas. Our junior king suite was spacious and comfortable, bigger than most studios, and the covered balcony was also quite spacious. Water pressure was great, we never ran out of hot water in the shower, and they actually provide wash cloths (things that aren't always consistent in Mexico!). We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cabo.

As soon as we were done checking in, we were practically accosted by the hotel tour desk with a hard sell on a cruise to the rocks, with sunset dinner, etc, something we had no interest in. It was really off-putting. After traveling all day, all we wanted was to get to our room, change into our swim suits and get in the pool. Also, there was no soap in our bathroom. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, but no soap? Thank goodness there's a pharmacia every 50 feet.

Location is fantastic. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, shopping and activities. Staff is fantastic. Beautiful resort. Love have a mini kitchen.

12 Tribes restaurant has delicious food and is in the beach. Loved the food, sights and sounds of the beach, and the great service from Francisco.

One of the experiences that jumps out was the service at the pool. Francisco took care of us for most of the week as our waiter at the pool. He went above and beyond expectations as he always made sure we had what we needed. We were very happy with this service. I have not been to Casa Dorada in about 14 years, the one disappointment to me was the obstructed view of the bay/sea due to the mango deck roof top. Overall, it was a great experience. Everyone who works there wanted to make sure that your stay was great. You could tell they truly cared.

We recently stayed 8 nights at Casa Dorada Los Cabos for a relaxing vacation. Had not been before but it sounded nice and they have a beach and a couple of pools and several restaurants. I booked a junior suite to get the kitchen but was not expecting the fantastic HUGE suite. Very well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 3/4 bath by the entry then another bath off the bedroom with a 2 person jacuzzi tub. Both bedroom and living room had balconies with great views of all the ships and boats. After booking I got a "what'sapp" message with info and room service menu. We did use room service a lot because we were there mostly to relax so it was great and easy. Send them your order, they would let you know how long it would be (though it was always quicker than estimated). Because there is so much going on there it was loud with music and people during the day and into the evening, for us it added to the "vacation" atmosphere. A couple of nights there were fireworks, no idea why, but nice view from the deck. Once the music stops (about 9:45 I think) all of a sudden it was very quiet so no problem sleeping. My husband commented several times what a good choice it was, and I agree. Would stay there again, any time!

Another great stay at CD with special kudos to Anahi, the front desk GM, and her coworkers( especially Juan) Cesar at the entrance always willing to help with a smile, and Gabino, Chemar, and Emelio at the pool and beach always helping with a towel, umbrella and familiar conversations Jonathan and Rafael were great re pool service, and the whole staff is wonderful Else, the photographer, helps make our memories every year Only suggestion would be for the new lifeguard to be a little friendlier! We missed Jordi ( hope he will be replaced), and of course, Manu Our crew of 9 will be back in 2027

Casa dorado was amazing and David was our favorite bar tender! Go see him!!! He’s the best!!
