It smelled and the shower didn’t work

The pictures are not true for this particular hotel. The room smelled like they shampooed the carpet and it did not dry properly. Their parking lot is small and with a truck it made it hard to get into the parking spot

Property and room were okay. Very few rooms seemed to be occupied. A room down the hall was being cleaned/sanitized/deodorized and the chemical smell was strong along with lots of banging noises. Only stayed one night, so did not complain or ask to be moved.

Comfy beds, outlets/USB ports near beds, kind hard-working employees. Bedding, towels, tub, toilet, and sink were clean - not much else.

I'm not super picky, but this place DOES NOT meet the standards of the many other places I've booked thru Booking.com. The whole place smells! The halls aren't horrible, but not pleasant. The 1st room we were given smelled so strongly of mildew we couldn't tolerate it! Fortunately, they gave us another room. It was better, but still not good. EVERYTHING was damp - carpet, Chairs, pillows, etc. Carpets are dirty. The facility is in poor repair. Wall decor damage in halls. Tiles loose in the bathroom. Wall rotting out by the tub. Door doesn't close well. Holes in the wall. Lamp w/ no shade...and on and on. Curtains are FILTHY !!!! Dirty, moldy, nasty! and that was in the cleaner of our 2 rooms. NO drinking water in the entire place - the only dispenser in the hotel was empty, non was provided even @ breakfast. Breakfast was blah. Ok, but not what I'd hope for the price we paid. Long story short, You DON'T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I have NO idea how this place is rated so highly on Booking!!

Had a good night sleep

We've stayed at this property before and experienced the same things - while overall clean and very friendly, light switches often don't work, including this time, and the hot water never did get past medium warm. But the price was right so not complaining.
