It was conveniently located

Getting my room cleaned was impossible. In the 6 nights we stayed, it was only properly cleaned two times. Very disappointing! Even though management was alerted to this problem, it did not get resolved.

It was close to restaurants and the convention center

The beds were uncomfortable and for the money the rooms were not that great. I had a staff member tell me to return their pen to the front desk because guests have been stealing pens!
