Close to airport and free shuttle

Shower didn't have hot water, and the heater fan was on loudly all night, yet it was chilly in the room. When told front desk about water in the morning, they gave me a fairly useless $25 gift card out of a drawer full of them (I suppose they expect complaints).

"Great hotel, but the agreement wasn’t kept."

Comfortable, clean, and the kitchen staff friendly and attentive.

I used my debit card to secure my potential stay. I was promised that I would pay at the hotel. My card was charged, money withdrawn, and my bank charged me a NSF. That wasn’t the agreement. I don’t trust “Booking”, From this point on, I will conduct business directly with hotel. Third party assistance is not worth it.

"One of our best hotel stays, fantastic breakfast!"

The amenities were great - large space, shelves in the bathroom, full length mirror in the room. Dining area was spacious, lots of seating. Staff were very friendly and conscious of our satisfaction and safety.

The bed wasn’t terribly comfortable - not awful, but not great.
