The complementary continental breakfast closed at 9 AM on a Saturday morning. The regular times were marked out with a new times handwritten. It’s pretty clear that it’s not a casual traveler or family friendly arrangement

Good place to stay. Reasonable prices and good breakfast.

Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

There was mold on the wall and on the pull out couch in our room.

The property looks great in the lobby and outside. looks like the lobby was just refurbished. The rooms is where this hotel needs to do some work. The carpet is stained the beds are dirty even the window blinds and the lampshades were dirty, like someone had dirty hands and wiped them on the furnature. We arrived late from an all day drive and were just ready to go to sleep, we checked in and were given a room on the first floor. As soon as I opened the door I was hit with a horrible smell. we turned around and went to the front desk where the disk clerk (Suny) gave us another room key. we went to check the second room out and again it smell but not as bad. we contemplated staying but when. we were looking at the mattress for bed bugs we noticed that it had not been cleaned and there was food and a hair wrap between the headboard and the bed base. I went back to the front desk and Suny decided to take us to two more rooms the first one again smelled horrible and the second one didn't smell so bad but when we got inside I pulled the sheets back and found body hair also there was trash in the bathroom trash can, this tells me that the room was not cleaned. Suny was nice and said he could not refund my money but he will tell his manager, Dimple. We left and found another hotel. The next day I called and spoke to Dimple who was very nice and I was told that my refund would be processed. Dimple was very apologetic which is good but not as good as a clean room.

From the time we pulled into the parking lot property was very very sketchy. When we entered the vestibule, the carpet was filthy. When we checked in, we asked for room away from the elevator . The clerk told it was a very nice room and away from the elevators. We arrived late last night after 10 PM. Extremely tired. I’ve been on the road for 12 hours. When we got in the room, we went straight to bed. We got up this morning. It was extremely filthy! There was I have no idea what it is white on the skirt. There was steak all over couch. Crack the tile in the bathroom. The cleaning is coming off the tile in the bathroom. Toilet seat was broken into the toilet in the middle of the night! There was no conditioner in the shower. The nightstand and the coffee table in the desk for half ass clean. This morning when I went to check out, it showed the clerk his words work. Why didn’t you come downstairs and tell us last night, my comment was became in with straight to bed damn tired! I showed him the pictures. Didn’t give a damn! I highly recommend do not stay at this property. The area is very transient very rundown and very the pool is filled in and they left the pool area. The staff is very complacent. I will be contacting corporate concerning this property.
