"The grounds are spectacular and the arrangement with tour companies absolutely great."

The breakfast was late on one day. And the 2nd day the eggs were not over easy and the tea water like warm. But the food was good and. Priced similarly to other hotels in the area.

"Great location & amazing staff."

The location is beautiful. In the jungle but still close to the road. Easier with a car to get to town but only a 20 minute walk. Loved the outside kitchen which is really well equipped. The staff are amazing. Cesar & his team including Elsa & Wilder (who is incredibly knowledgeable about birds) made our stay outstanding.

"Maya Mtn is a lovely property that really gives you that lush, jungle experience."

Very friendly helpful staff. Beautiful property, with clean, well-stocked, quiet apartment. Central location for pick up on excursions, close to town by car (bit far to walk).

Restaurant food was delicious but pricey. Bunkbed mattress was very uncomfortable, sagging and thin but other beds were good.
