"Service exceptionnel dans un cadre vieillissant"

L'excellent accueil ainsi que le service exceptionnel de Gian et Roberto (les deux managers) sont très appréciables. On est tout de suite mis à l'aise et ils sont toujours disponibles pour nous aider, nous conseiller ou nous accompagner pour nos visites de l'île. La bonne humeur règne dans ce petit établissement très convivial mais néanmoins très professionnel. Les appartements sont spacieux et le quartier est plutôt calme (avec quelques restaurants et commerces à proximité).

Malgré une grosse implication des managers, il faut relever que les infrastructures sont vieillissantes (par exemple l'isolation phonique qui est quasiment nulle, portes et fenêtres laissent tout passer). Les appartements gardent beaucoup d'humidité (odeur d'égout dans la cuisine).

The location, quiet area but close enough to beach, bars, restaurants etc. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The apartment and complex were very clean and tidy. Lovely cafe on site. Pool area was clean and very well kept. The apartment was well equipped and everything we used worked well. Excellent value for money. Would happily stay there again.
