Very pleasant stay. My family and I enjoyed the indoor pool. Very close to mall and shopping center..

They didn’t have enough towels for the pool There was pee in the elevator.

It was alright but when i book i like to have the best of the best the bed was definitely the highlight of our stay breakfast was alright not the best the milk was a good freezing cold but the coffee is gross bacon is paper thin and the swimming pool is hot as a hot tub the hotel cookies were alright not the best and the cucumber water was also gross our room was pretty musty upon arriving so we bought candles from Walmart and the garner staff were great no problems there

Room was not the room reserved.

When we tried to check in, I was told we did not have a reservation. We hen, I was told that the suite we paid for was given to another person. They asked ME to ask the people in our roo. To move out. I said absolutely not! I left to tell my husband and when I returned, they had suddenly found our reservation and a room had magically appeared. When we got to the room, the door was open and it was very evident that someone had recently come in and done a rush job. Not happy at all about the experience and I hope that they try and take care of things from this point on and we get a restful sleep.

Clean, friendly, reasonably priced. Breakfast was not good is the only complaint.
