"I want a refund!"

Dirty every thing was broken and stinks like smoke! Guests where loud and drunk! And upset my child! I would never stay hear again! Very dirty and bugs every where , linen stunk and had stains and burn holes in them! Even pillow smelled like B.O.

Had hot water..that's about it!

The room was filthy...found 6 roaches. Bedspread had big holes. Just overall not good for the money paid. Ask for another room and they had none they said and it was non refundable room. What a joke!!

Although checking in went very smoothly, and my room was accessible as advertised, the floors in the room were filthy! I took a shower while there, only to discover that the soles of my feet were absolutely black, just walking from the shower to the bed. I'm sure this room does not receive as much routine use as the standard rooms, but it definitely needs to have a general cleaning at least twice each week.
