Rodeway Inn Gainesville - University Area

Location was great and staff was very nice and friendly

The floors were dirty and there was a musty smell in the room. I could tell the room hadn’t been clean in awhile also the sheets were dirty.

Bugs in room

Loud mouth guest should have been evicted. Same guest with radio blaring around midnight

Lot of noise. Parking lot was used as a mechanic’s repair shop by occupants . WiFi access was made difficult to access

There were bugs/roaches in the room i occupied, towels and wash rags were badly stained, bathroom shower was in horrible condition, room was not properly cleaned, sheets were stained as though never cleaned, moldy odor in room,

Staff goes above and beyond. Super friendly, professional. Rooms are dated but clean.

The lady was amazing

I woke up with red spots all over my body and there was people in the parking lot with loud music

Breakfast was horrible, it was very small honey bun and coffee.

The shower curtain was moldy. I requested towels on my second day and I was told to take them to my room and I would not be able to get room service unless my stay is three or more days. I an not returning to this hotel.
