"Beautiful staff and great location, but getting a bit dated"

Staff are always friendly and accommodating

We've been going to the Niksoma for +15yrs and it's a great hotel with beautiful staff, but it is starting to look a bit dated and in need of a refresh (tiles and concrete, taps in rooms etc). There used to be a nice view from the dining deck, but now with all the development on the beach, this is no longer the case. Lastly, the breakfast used to be great, but this time simple things like fresh juice has been replaced with cordial, fresh pastries were a soggy. First world problems, but not what it was in the past or up to the standard for the price of the hotel.

Gorgeous gardens and very attentive staff service. Room was big and well set out, fantastic spacious balcony and in a great location

All the offer and entertainment were only posted outside in the street, no communication to guests on happy hours, spa offers or entertainment

"Travelled with a work group. The staff were super accommodating and looked after us well. Beds are super comfy and rooms"
