"Vi kørte hjem i stedet for at overnatte"

Vi fik forkert værelse med for få senge. Den sovesofa vi havde bestilt til børnene var en enkeltseng, selvom der står i bookingen at der skulle være en sovesofa. Alternativet de fandt passede ikke til vores familie, da det stadig var en enkeltseng. Vi endte med at køre hjem og ikke sove der. Hotellet er ikke at foretrække for familier. Jeg håber på en refundering af beløbet.
