kinda scetchy atmosphere..people were loud all night, hard to sleep..

1. Flood line along base boards 2. Mold in the shower 3. Gaping hole under door entrance, could see side walk from inside. 4. Sheets on 1 bed were dirty and had not been changed. 5. Mattresses were not comfortable whatsoever. 6. Honey abandoned his socks because the soles were black from the floor. Either mold or just from not moping properly. Just because the room smells like Pine Sol doesn't mean it's clean. 7. Heavy police presence.

The fact that I didn't stay because it wasn't safe. It was a very good decision that's what I liked. There was absolutely nothing about the property that I liked.

I wonder if this is character limited because the things I didn't like were the fact that it was like a ghetto. The apartment itself was dirty with blood soaked mattress huge crack so you couldn't close the deadbolt. Disgusting refrigerator. I was afraid to even leave my car. I told all the things to the manager and to booking.. com and got nowhere. I didn't like having to pay $180 when I didn't even stay at the unsafe dump and told the manager well in advance to get a refund. I should have read all the other terrible reviews but I just drove 1600 Miles by myself and I was a little desperate for an accommodation. You'd have to be beyond desperate to stay there.
