Hotel & Spa Villa Mercede

Location is great as I am able to get to some places and they are not too far. Not a lot of choices with breakfast, just basic but ok.

Rooms are not cleaned property. They clean the surface where people see immediately and do not clean well. Just beside the bed was a used sex lube gel which my son may have picked and put in his mouth if I hadn't seen it. Some parts are dusty too. TV stations are all in Italian, not a single one in English and no one speaks English enough to hold a conversation. It felt more like a hotel just for Italians.

Frühstück war für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht reichhaltig, eher gering.

Frühstück negativ Im Zimmer wäre eine kleine Kaffemaschine nicht schlecht gewesen für den Preis.

In alcuni dettagli, soprattutto intorno alla vasca, si potrebbe fare meglio.

Tastefully designed hotel, everything clean, working and comfortable, staff very pleasant and helpful. Restaurant serves interesting variations on traditional local dishes. Good wines available by the glass, even a request for half a glass was accommodated.. Breakfast has ample choice but doesn't sacrifice quality for it.
