I have stayed at the divesta several times years ago and decided to stay there just for one night as I had an early start to the airport the following morning. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi fir us. Its very close to Varna city so you can walk there.

We were at the front of the building and the noise from the traffic was horrendous all night long. Didn't get much sleep. No tea or coffee making facilities however it is only a 3 star so i guess that's fair enough. Rooms were dated but they were clean. Probably suitable for an overnight stop or couple of days if you need somewhere that's reasonable priced. However ask for a room at the back of the property or you will get little sleep. Unable to watch the television the signal was really poor. WiFi kept going on and off.
