It was different with the check in being fully automated but it was good. Check out was even better.

There was nothing not to like. I hate paying a deposit because it takes 5-10 business days to get the deposit back, but I had the option to use cash. I made the deposit in cash and received it upon checkout, and this was a big plus in my world.

Loud, dirty, ac didn't work.

The only two good things about this property are the location and the shower water stayed hot for a long time.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. First off, booking.com said our total with pets included was the $220 we paid. Then we get to the hotel to check in, they add a $50 deposit. Which okay, I understand that because they say you will get it back. But then they had a $20 charge per pet per night. So I ended up having to pay another $80. So $350 total. The place is definitely not worth it. The beds were clean but kept finding weird bugs coming from the bathroom. One morning we were about an hour away and the hotel calls and says our dogs are barking and it’s a nuisance and we need to come back and get them under control. Mind you, I have had my dog for 7 years. He travels with me all the time. He doesn’t bark unless someone came in the room or someone knocked on the door. And I had the do not disturb sign on the door to prevent this. So that means someone knocked or went in. That’s the only reason he would bark. And also, it’s a pet hotel, why are you so mad even if he did bark? It’s noon on a Saturday. Not night time. Oh and don’t plan on getting any sleep here. It is a party hotel, trucks and cars were just revving engines and partying in the parking lot all hours of the night. Which made other dogs bark, which made mine bark. But I got a call at noon to come get my dog under control. Also the cleaning lady is rude. I wouldn’t trust her going on my room. Also no front desk attendant. It’s a computer but then you get a call from the front desk attendant? That makes no sense. Just really crappy to be worried about the animals at the hotel while trying to enjoy the beach or anything else. I don’t recommend. And I still haven’t received my $50 deposit back….

It is in a good location with a nice park right across the street, the pool was well maintained they were doing landscaping when we was leaving to keep it looking nice! Can’t wait to come back for summer break!
