Room was not cleaned and sanitized. Found a syringe or drug paraphernalia in the room. Plus the bed didn't fit the frame and flipped up when I sat on the bed.. I was moved to another room but it was infested with roaches. So I couldn't use the appliances in there. Just a really bad stay

Wanted to stay two nights but they upped charge. So I canceled the night I had booked they didn’t have room for us to stay in same room for two nights. Staff didn’t act like they knew what was going on. So I told them to cancel my reservation and they said I had to do it through booking.com so I did and it was over 24 hours before so it should have been canceled and not charged.

Had bed bugs!!!

The room is disgusting.

Nothing.

When we entered our room for the first time it the floors and bathroom were filthy. They had no other king rooms available tried putting us in a room with a double bed. We disagree with this so we had to wait for the room to be properly cleaned. In the mean time we where allowed to enter the office to stay warm or use the restroom. I was told I could us the one in the filthy room.
