"Punto de quiebre fue la piscina cerrada "

Creo que el punto clave fue que yo reserve la habitación para tener la piscina para mi hijo y la cerraron el día de la llegada sin aviso previo y la compensación no fue lo que realmente necesita para solucionar el problema

Oncelikle Aynur hanima teşekkür ederiz. Odamiz giris saati 15.00 olmasina ragmen 11.00 de hazirdi. Temizlik, kahvalti, personel son derece guzeldi. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

"It was a very good option for families. The facility and rooms were all clean and nice."

Breakfast is ok, staff and kids club were perfect.

Design and utility of bathroom was not good. Everytiöe we took shower, it was floading

The hotel staff was very friendly and contributed in a very positive way to our stay !

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and you couldn't even change sides without falling off ..it was very narrow and uncomfortable. Also there are no sieves and you can't leave the balcony doors open without having mosquitoes and other flying creatures coming in !
