Hotel generalnie jest bardzo w porządku, ma dobry stosunek jakości do ceny- o ile traktujesz hotel jako miejsce do spania podczas urlopu, a nie spędzania tu całego dnia. Otoczenie hotelu jest bardzo zadbane, estetyczne. Śniadanie w porządku, nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Porządna suszarka do włosów i parownica do ubrań (choć już trochę zdezelowana).

Jeśli planujesz spędzić tu całe dnie przygotuj duży zapas gotówki, monetyzacja na każdym kroku. Po wejściu do pokoju czekał na nas zaduch ostrej chemii, musieliśmy długo wietrzyć pokój. Mieliśmy problem z cieknącą klimatyzacją, zostało to naprawione następnego dnia, jednak wtedy w pokoju unosił się tylko nieznośny zapach świeżej farby. Nie zaproponowano nam przeniesienia do innego pokoju. Z resztą jakieś usterki to chyba standard, pan z obsługi chodził ciągle z silikonem w ręce. Darmowa woda w pokoju tylko dla gości z członkostwem w klubie. Brak szczotki do WC. Jest to niezły hotel, ale na pewno nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Średnia półka, ale w tej cenie nie wypada najgorzej na tle innych na Majorce.

When you hear “Hilton” and “5-star hotel” in the same sentence, you naturally have high expectations. Unfortunately, upon arrival, it became clear that this hotel falls far short of those expectations. The hotel itself was outdated and in clear need of renovation. The overall condition of the hotel does not reflect a 5-star rating. I would personally rate it closer to 3 stars at best. The bathroom and shower was exceptionally small. Breakfast was underwhelming, with cold food being served, the gluten-free food selection (I am a celiac) was extremely limited, despite being assured beforehand that suitable options would be available. This was frustrating and did not meet expectations. Because of the breakfast, we did not even think to try the 45€ pp. dinner. Another disappointment was the adults-only area, Vista de Rey, which was closed all the time during our stay, with no explanation. Upon arrival, we payed additional €165 deposit, which had not been clearly explained beforehand. We also never received a proper breakdown or explanation regarding this charge until we went back and asked. My disappointment comes not from expecting perfection, but from the significant gap between the 5-star branding and the actual experience.

La localització de l'hotel té molt bones vistes i les instal·lacions del vestíbul, etc. són espaioses i monumentals. El personal també va ser molt agradable en tot moment, donant-nos l'habitació abans de l'hora de check-in. El llit era molt còmode.

No sabíem que el check-in era a les 16h, per tant per reservar per un cap de setmana entres a les 16h i a les 12h del dia següent ja has de marxar. A més, la neteja de l'habitació feia olor a producte químic bastant fort en excés. També l'aire acondicionat, al vespre, va començar a llençar aire que feia un poc de mala olor, com de tuberia, no ens vàrem queixar perquè ja era massa tard. Vam sentir-nos un poc decebuts pels càrrecs no indicats a cap banda: teníem el sopar inclòs perquè vam contractar mitja pensió, però per un aigua ens van cobrar més de 6€. La gelera de l'habitació no tenia cap beguda, ens vam aixecar amb molta set molt tard durant la nit i vàrem haver de sortir de l'habitació per cercar aigua a alguna part. Les instal·lacions de la piscina i particularment l'spa semblaven una mica antigues i poc renovades. La qualitat del menjar del restaurant és més propera a la d'un hostal que pròpia d'un hotel de 5 estrelles. Altra factor que ha influit és que havia una quantitat bastant elevada de persones sent només el mes de maig, per la qual cosa imagino que en temporada alta déu ser encara més decebedor. Supòs que les expectatives sent un hotel de 5 estrelles són molt més elevades que l'experiència que després es rep, ja que et sents més en un parc d'atraccions que en un espai de relax i tranquilitat.
