"Very nice with one exception"

Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows

Noisy in-room A/C. It wouldn’t have been too bad if the fan would stay on so it was a constant noise. But it went off and on which kept waking me up

We stay here several times a year. Close to my husbands mother.

That we have to always ask for towels. An alot of times the keys stop working the very next day so you have to go get them re coded. An not all employees seem to care about customer service.
