The front desk attendant was really friendly. We’ve dealt with her several times and it was nice to see her there again. The AC was cold; Room was decently clean.

The hallway was hot, the lobby was hot, the pillows were tiny compared to the last 4 times we stayed. There was no trash can in the room and the ice machine was broken. There was also a rat box in the room, the balcony door was unlocked, and the pullout couch was ripped in places. We also had some crumpled towels which seem peculiar and there was a sizeable gap at the front door of the room that seemed unsafe. Our neighbors were also super loud all night.

The room we were assigned to smelled musty and like pets had been in there. The staff was quick to reassign us to another room that was very pleasant (and next to where other family members were staying). The staff, including housekeeping and maintenance folks, were very friendly.

Our TV screen was only lit on the right half of the screen. I reported this to the staff the first night we were there (we stayed two nights total), but the TV was not changed out. Also on the second morning, I went down the lobby at about 7:30 am and the complimentary coffee was lukewarm.
