If I could leave zero I would. Room...filthy. couch and chair stained and disgusting. Roaches so sleepy with light on tonight. TV eouldnt turn on so I called front desk. Below are the multiple remote directions they left me. Are you serious? Fo better Marriott.

I spent all night with lights on. It was filthy and I felt unsafe as door lock was broken and they said I had to wait for someone to come look at it the next morning. I had to stay as I don’t drive at night and had to find arrangements for the rest of my trip. I wasn’t the only one who left due to the conditions
