Drury Inn & Suites Las Cruces

stayed in room 309, easy access to elevator. room is large with separate bedroom and kitchen area. doors are heavy and close loudly, but that was the only noise heard. great value with evening drinks and food. convenient location close to shopping and dining.

Perfect for families traveling with kids! Indoor pool & hot tub, large clean rooms, friendly staff and fantastic coffee and breakfast. We missed it, but they also have hot snacks and drinks in the evening.

The receptionist was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The bartender was very polite, efficient and professional.

The pillows on the bed were a bit too hard for my taste.

We are Marriott Titanium Elite members. But we have stayed at this Drury and others because we always liked what you got at the “kick back”. This time has turned us off though. Food mediocre at best. The price we paid was high. No smart tv. Perhaps they have cut back because people are feeding their dogs from the table. (Yes we saw this)We will go back to the northern route from Fort Worth to Phx next time. More nice Marriott brand properties. I think we will give up on this brand. I am allergic to dog hair and I was told all of their rooms are pet friendly and I can’t stop sneezing even though I was told no animal had stayed in our room since June 5

Everything was nice. Staff was very nice.

The shower/tub was very slippery. I had to put a hand towel down.

Check in staff was so nice. Seemed like they actually enjoyed their jobs and were happy to help. Our air wasn’t working that well and she stopped what she was doing (cleaning the popcorn machine) to come help. And let’s talk about all the freebies. Free soda. Free popcorn. Free alcohol. Free dinner. Free breakfast. I wish there were more Drury Inns. They’ve got perfect customer service, perfect amenities, and they’re always clean. I will say this one is older than most others we’ve stayed in. And I will say the room didn’t really cool off as much as we would have liked. But compared to other hotel chains it’s still much better.
