"This hotel does allow pets"

The hotel was nice and so was the surrounding area.

I didn't like the fact that on the internet it stated that pets were not allowed and when we got there we saw people with dogs. My wife has allergies to animals and we look for hotels that don't allow pets. I think if you allow pets then you should say that on your website!

The floors in the room was dirty. I got my feet dirty just from walking from the shower to the bed. Laminate flooring had been installed, but appeared like they didn’t want to move the beds and left the area under and around the bed carpeted failing to install termination molding between the carpet and laminate flooring. The laminate flooring had several gaps where the joints in the laminate separated causing tripping hazards and toe stubbing. I was completely disappointed with the over all appearance and cleanliness of the room.
