A good recommendation for supper and the room was clean.

I was surprised and disappointed that I was charged $ 12.00 for my bowl of oatmeal, English muffin and 1/3 cup of coffee (the dispenser was empty and I did not have time or desire to wait for a new pot). Your competition offers a complimentary breakfast. The room felt old and worn.

I had two rooms. The room I stayed in was ok, but the air condition was so load that they didn't sleep all night in the second room. When I informed management the next morning, they said they would refund a $50 credit and when I talked to manager, she told be that we were supposed to come down to desk and report it and they would of moved them to new room in the middle of the night. The next morning one employee stated that they were having trouble with a lot of their air conditioners. The front desk when we checked in was wonderful. He was very helpful. The breakfast that you had to pay for $16.00 was the same that most hotels give you free with room. The pool and patio area were beautiful. Next time I check in anywhere, I will run air before I unpack. For a $182 room, I would expected more.

Hotel was fine. It was the average HGI. Room was fine and did not eat there. I arrived at airport a little after 11pm. I called for shuttle at 1130pm. It arrived after midnight. After waiting for others that didn’t have their luggage, we didn’t leave airport until 1220 am. I understand I had a late flight and called the hotel before I booked my room and they assured me my arrival time would be ok. My point is not to use this hotel if you need shuttle service. It was unreliable in my instance but it is still a long distance from the airport. Shuttles leave the hotel on the hour.

What I didnt like was not knowing prices in the dining area. The burger was good, but not $20 good.

A lot of yellow jacket wasps around the property.

The hotel is beautiful, our room was very comfortable, and the host was able to give us several restaurant options.

We arrived to a friendly staff. Our stay was really nice. The check in was easy and quick which is always nice. Our room was very clean, nice amenities. The beds were comfy and the hotel coffee was super good. Overall, a pleasant stay and we would highly recommend.
