Our first room had not been cleaned and had dirty towels and dirty bed. We went down and they gave us another room, but the air conditioner did not work well. The staff was very helpful and our second room was clean. We were riding our bikes into Paris from the hotel and the staff let us store our bikes in a safe room before we left. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. It was a reasonable price and we were not expecting anything fancy.

Shuttle service-I called to let them know that my flight got delay and I will arriving after 10:30pm, and they told me no problem, just call us and we will pick you up. Then when arrived called them and they told me No, we are closed no more shuttle after 10:30pm, with a minor outside trying to get and Uber and no one around to help. Shower tub was plugged and dirty with some hair.

Great Hotel near CDG Airport in Paris. We will come again in our next visit in Paris. Everyone from the reception is friendly and speaking well English.

Mixed experience at this hotel. 3 night stay booked. Positives - spacious suite with separate bedroom & living/kitchenette. Free shuttle to/from airport, with great driver (note, the hotel will start charging for this in May), with clear instructionson how to access. Well priced. Short uber ride away from Usines centre outlet mall. Negatives - our flight was cancelled & I advised the hotel we'd be arriving the following day twice via hotels.com app (which the hotel have messaged me on multiple times). When we arrived we were told we were a 'no show' despite having paid in full. They were able to accommodate us, but at opposite ends of a floor. The layout is a bit strange, with a window from the shower into the bedroom. There are curtains on the window. No cups/glasses, except paper cups. Have to pay a deposit to get real crockery, i suppose they must have had a lot of theft to warrant this?

It’s a decent hotel, good size rooms, good restaurants, nice area. Wifi was ok. The room needs a really good cleaning, light switches, towel holders, etc. just made the place feel grubby.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was bigger than expected. The room had large tub and a comfortable bed.

The suite was beautifully appointed and had every convenience a visitor could want or need. Plenty of space for 4. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here again!
