Phu Hai Beach Resort & Spa Phan Thiet

Good experience at Phu Hai Resort. Good staff service, clean hotel. Very well managed facilities. Good breakfast. Overall an excellent staff

We stayed at Phu Hai resort for one week with our 2 older teenage children. Super fast check in of maybe 2 minutes, electric car ride to our beachside bungalow and we were set. We found the whole resort spotless, grounds lush and well maintained, bungalow was 2 bedroom both with en suites and aircon great for a family stay. The staff were friendly particularly the girls in reception who had a good grasp of English and did a great job of organising our taxis and our tours. I must mention the buffet breakfast, this was exceptional covering all the bases, great if you have a fussy eater. Phu Hai is a bit out of town however this is a bonus if you want quiet and serenity, it was perfect for our family. We loved it an would not hesitate to return.

Resort next to beach. Beach is nice and clean, water is warm. Good for swimming, good for kids to play. Lounge chairs with umbrellas on the beach. Pool is nice, water is also warm. Good for early morning swim, after dinner swim too. Waterfall over pool. Pool has bar. Rooms tidy, clean and well looked after. Several activities - billiards, tennis, massages, small kids playground etc. We really liked the outdoor shower in the garden view villa. Total privacy but no roof, enjoyable to have a shower with the palm trees overhead, or the stars at night. Western and Vietnamese food served for meals. Some nights a banquet was put on for dinner. A two piece band provides entertainment at dinner time. Staff are friendly and helpful. This was our third stay at this resort, we would not hesitate to stay again.

Beach front villa is very good for family (4 or 5 guests). Close to sea. Every day the basket with fresh fruits. Good breakfast. Good swimming pool.

Fabulous resort with great beach, pool, and grounds. The breakfast is the best we've had at any hotel or resort, and the staff are beyond superb and very very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone. Some people don't like the location because it's a few km from the central restaurant and shop area, but the taxi is only $3 so it wasn't an issue for us.

Overall, it is a very nice and clean facility. The breakfast is excellent. The pool is nice. At night, they have live music performance. The staff is very helpful. We left one of our baggage in the taxi and the resort staff helped locate the taxi driver and have the baggage returned to us just in time for us to catch the bus back to Ho Chi Minh city. Great effort and help by the staff. Thanks a lots and it is much appreciated. I will definitely return to the same resort if my family and I visit Mui Ne again in the future.

The hotel is the penultimate one on that stretch of beach, a little bit outside of Mui Ne, so it is very quiet and peaceful. The sand is also very fine and there are tons of shells for beach-combing. The pool area is nice and the restaurant is very good. The area is generally inexpensive, especially for the quality you get. You can take a taxi into town for very cheap if you want to visit the "action" or do some shopping. Seafood is excellent; one highlight was a local's favorite restaurant called something like "Mr. Crab" where you select live seafood and it is prepared for you. It is a cultural experience as well as being amazing food. The villa's are beautiful and large and I'll note their few issues below under things to improve on. A personal highlight for me was the nightly music by Henry and Rose who each night play a completely different set. I am musical and they allowed me to sit in and sing a few songs each night, as well as dancing to their great music. This meant relaxing days reading and walking on the beach and entertaining evenings for me -- the perfect holiday! Villas are perfect for families, except the stairs going up a bit steep. The hotel breakfast buffet was good; not tons of choices but something for everyone and all good quality. Dinner in restaurant was a bit slow, but very good food. They have a buffet dinner a few nights a week, but we didn't sample it as we're just not big eaters.

Great villa right beside the beach, the facilities were good, the staff excellent and very attentive.The only thing that lets it down a little is that the food is very average weighed against the cost. This did not affect us as there are two little family owned restaurants on the road behind the resort the one on the left about 200meters along being , very clean, cheap and excellent. The resort put on a very good Tet celebration for free and one night, the outside entertainers put on a very good show and in this instance the food was excellent. The resort is in a quiet area with a decent beach away from the main "strip" of Mui Ne which was only a few minutes away by taxi at a cost of roughly $2, its a good location.

Good quiet hotel, far away from main strip for better or worse. Decent bar and restaurant prices for a resort. Downside would be its very kid friendly, also a tour bus of elderly people happened to be there when we were. This made the breakfast buffet a free for all. And the breakfast food was pretty bad. I'd pick another place if had to do it over again.

good location,front beach.the main point is the management:the beach has staff to clean it in the morning,safeguard always eyes on the swimmers,room staffs keep rooms clean even delicately relocate dry clothes'rack in the sunny spot,breakfast attendants always with smiles like MS NHU&NHI,the harmonious atmosphere of staffs and environment keep you totally relax!
