Phu Hai Beach Resort & Spa Phan Thiet

A really beautiful resort. The rooms are lovely and very spacious. A large pool with a bar and a huge restaurant for breakfast and dinner. You will need a taxi to get anywhere as it's a distance from town. We were very keen on getting a massage or sauna treatment but after having my nails done, we didn't bother. The woman didn't really understand us and during my treatment didn't speak at all. Even when she finished, she got up and walked out without saying a thing. Not everyone understands tge English language, but maybe in a job like hers, she should understand some of it. It came across as very rude.

We stayed in a bungalow which was perfect for a family. It was a nice a quite resort. Esay to get to town if you booked a Grab.

Great time staying here with family!

The location is nice, the Bungalows are comfortable. But the hot water is not enough to fill the bathtub which also took more then 1 hour. The special request for breakfast (Avocado, Mango) was rejected with the argument "no season". When i went to a nearby street market it way easy to buy. Another reason for this everage review is the very noisy sound check whole afternoon and the live music for new year. It was not possible to sleep before 1AM. As a Spa beach retreat it is not acceptable for me.

Wir waren total begeistert von diesem Hotel. Wir hatten eine Beach Villa direkt am Strand und es war ein absoluter Traum. Wir waren zu viert unterwegs und hatten jede Menge Platz. Ein Paradies auf Erden für jeden der Vietnam gerne in der Sonne genießen möchte.

Zero complaints after multiple visits.. Every box checked in comfort. Ideal if you are looking to relax in peace. The price's are extremely fair, in fact they could ask for more because of location, in my opinion. The Villas sit on a beautifully maintained beach front. What more could you ask for?

The resort staff is very nice. Great private beach. We had problem when checking and found out the second room is on a second floor with a very steep stairs. We asked them to open the sofa bed so my mom can sleep on since she couldn't get up the stairs. They insisted that we have to pay for the "extra" sofa bed. We told them this is not for an extra guess. It's because we couldn't get up to use the second room. It took almost an hour for the receptionist to call her manager to get the approval for the "free" sofa bed. So ridiculous.

Phu hai efter det har fået nye i ejere i 2022 ikke formået at opretholde den høje standard, som vi har oplevet flere gange før på tidligere ferier. Desværre. Rengøringen, servicen i restauranten og udvalget af mad er ikke længere godt. Jeg håber det lykkedes at rette op på dette. Ps. Morgenmaden er stadig god.

Som førstegangsreisende til Vietnam var vi veldig spente på turen. Vi hadde booket en bungalow strand front villa. Alt var helt magisk på dette stedet. Flott beliggenhet, service fra ende til annen. (Litt trekk pga dårlig engelsk) I helgene var det mange lokale reisende, og litt mer liv på stedet. Ellers hadde vi stort sett Strand og basseng nesten for oss selv. Rent paradis!
