"A fair, good choice in Izmir"

Comfortable, good size room. Breakfast has a good mix of food.. Mevlut bey and the others in the restaurant were all serviceminded and kind. Also the staff in the reception, as well as the Doorman/Piccolo, were serviceminded..

The housekeeping service could be a bit better.. The hotel offer minibar -service. After using the coffee cups and drinking glasses they should be replaced. This did not happen, neither after our requests...

Camera spaziosa con letto e cuscini comodi, gradevole la frutta in camera all’arrivo! Il personale addetto alle colazioni davvero gentile e disponibile, bravi!

L’addetta alla reception (mi pare si chiamasse Fatima) davvero pessima, nessuna cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità! non ha saputo dirci se nella via affianco alla struttura il parcheggio fosse a pagamento oppure no e mentre stavo ancora facendo alcune domande ha iniziato un altro check-in senza più considerarci! Inaccettabile! Temperatura in camera davvero elevata e condizionatore rumorosissimo… inoltre sulla finestra c’erano parecchi insetti ormai morti!
