Good location, room was clean and staff are friendly. Air con is very tricky as it doesn't seem to be blowing cold air. It was reported and the maintenance guy did come to see it but it was still not working properly. Had a massage booked which was very good and I asked for some water which should be offered and complimentary however I was charged for the bottled water.
