Ontur Izmir Otel

I've been to this hotel on a few occasions, staff are really friendly and helpful, including Reception and Restaurant area. Would highly recommend 👌

It was really good 4-star hotel. Not old, everything was clean, the room was not noisy. The location was perfect. Concierge kindly offered us to park the car. The breakfast was very good, buffet style. Internet speed was very high. This hotel costs its money. Even you can find a lot of cheaper hotels nearby, but they are not so well.

We chosed this hotel also to use it's sauna and swiming pool, but they were closed after 7 p.m. and Sunday is day off for them. We checked in later than 7 p.m. on Saturday, so we couldn't try them. It was really pity, pls mention the schedule of the sauna and swimming pool on Booking.com

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Ontur war ausgezeichnet. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren jederzeit hilfsbereit. Alle Fragen zum Hotel und zur Stadt Izmir wurden kompetent beantwortet. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Die Sauna-Anlage war ebenfalls sehr schön und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, der Frühstücksraum angenehm. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Burcu und Songül für ihre Herzlichkeit sowie bei Aylin, die uns täglich Programme vorgeschlagen hat und immer für uns da war. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer .Das Personal war sehr freundlich .Man braucht kein Auto ,ist im Zentrum ,man kommt überall zu Fuß hin und auch mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

We stayed here as a family with a child and had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms were extremely clean, surprisingly spacious, and well laid out.. something we really appreciated while traveling as a family. The staff were warm, attentive, and helpful throughout. The hotel’s central location is a big plus, made it easy to walk to many key attractions in the city. A special mention to Emir, the manager, who was very kind and accommodating, especially when we needed to change our dates at short notice. Also worth mentioning there is the basement pool and spa, which is easy to miss but was a nice bonus and something we enjoyed. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and we would especially recommend it for families.

Since it's by the main road, if you keep the windows ajar for ventilation (or enjoying the winter breeze..) it could get a bit noisy.. we do this often, so our hack is to carry earplugs those orange coloured 3M ones.. works like a charm.
