Motto Premium Marmaris

First of all this hotel is nothing more than a 3-star. I chose the place based on the rating on hotel.com, which is 100% false. Most of the staff and on top of them the manager were very rude. There no buffet for breakfast. They had a very limited menu for breakfast and it literally sucked! Several times, I caught the kitchen staff collecting the remainings of the other tables and serving it for the other customers. Fortunately the hotel was half empty, otherwise their small pool wouldn't be able to accommodate the people. We paid around 250$ per night for this stay, but the true worth isn't even one third of this price. I suggest that Hotels.com investigates how such a high rating is achieved for this hotel as it is completely misleading. My suggestion is to avoide this hotel at all costs.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. So friendly and welcoming. Cancel in the dining room works her socks off and is probably worth twice what they pay her. Service gets a little spotty when it’s busy but overall we couldn’t complain. The food on the half board menu is basic. Breakfast is ok. Half board menu is hardly worth it unless you’re on a very limited budget or you have a very limited palate. If you’re vegetarian or vegan don’t bother The a la carte menu on the other hand is excellent and the food is delicious. You get what you pay for. Pool area is very good but gets very hot. Beach is literally less than 5 minutes walk. Service on the beach is also very friendly and attentive. Sea is pretty clean and the beach is as you’d expect in a resort where most people smoke. Room in general and bed in particular was very comfortable. Room was clean and cleaning staff were very efficient and, you guessed it, very friendly. I wish the gym/spa had been open earlier in the morning but that’s a minor quibble.

Premium hotel, everything was very nice. Very Clean rooms and bathroom. A.C. was working very nicely. Perfect front desk clerks. Many thanks to the Front desk clerks Mustafa, Ahmet, and Tuba. They were so helpful and very friendly. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in the Center area and is 2 minutes by walking to the beach. The hotel has private beach facilities so you can swim very conveniently. Breakfast was also good.

Amazing hotel. Let us check in early, lovely amenities, clean rooms and a lovely pool. Big chefs is attached to the hotel and breakfast is there too. Maids were lovely and kept the room clean. So close to the beach and blue port too!!

The staff were very friendly and approachable. Nothing was too hard. The kids were attended to by the Big Chef restaurant very well. Big Chefs was an amazing restaurant, great breakfast, amazing food.

Staff has been very helpful in resolving small problems. Also location on the beach is very nice. They have spa services, gym and also inside pool and jacuzzi.

Wifi was very bad not working at all

Marmaris is to me a great holiday resort, and the Motto Premium suited me well. It is tucked well into the top end of the marina amongst the other good hotels so the competition is valuable.. The staff could not do enough for us, and were most helpful. The outside pool is good, also the pool bar. Breakfast was enormous but unusual, enquire beforehand is your want an "English" Breakfast. Table service is good, Some guests prefer to eat out at the very many other bars and restaurants in the locality. Other guests in the hotel came from a variety of countries. The bedrooms are well furnished, and all have balconies. The hotel is circular in design, so is you want sea view, enquire. I much enjoyed staying at the Motto.

The hotel is quite nice and the staff are truly professional and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean.

What a great hotel. The staff were amazing. The restaurant excellent and the rooms were gorgeous. We have been in Turkey for a month and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed. It is a half hour walk along the beach boardwalk to get to the center.
