Habitaciones amplias y baños reformados. Bastante variedad en el bufet.

Está en zona de pocos aparcamientos y los pocos que hay son zona verde. De las personas que nos atendieron en recepción varias eran bastante desagradables. Son la primera imagen del hotel por lo que creo que podrían esmerarse un poco en el trato. Y por último,, como tienes que dejar la habitación a las 10 pero te puedes quedar en el hotel, echamos en falta un vestuario para poder cámbiate y ducharte.

Situation

This hotel was absolutely shocking for what we paid! Definitely is not a 4 star. We booked as a family with two small children, (5&7) we were put on the top floor, surrounded by old derelict/run down buidings for our view. There is absolutely no entertainment on whatsoever for kids, no games, no mini disco, no nothing, I don't understand how they claim they are a family hotel?! Adult entertainment starts at 10pm, which rotates between the same 3 things, a singer, belly dancers and flamenco dancers. We went for 10 days and seen the same act twice. completely run down, spa didn’t work, lifts are always broken, (we had to carry our suitcases down 9 flights of stairs) pool is dirty and tiny, far too small for how large the hotel is. Food was horrendous, they basically cater for French people, nothing for the kids to eat unless they like snail Paella 🤢 we went all inclusive and ate out most nights. All staff are miserable and look like they don’t want to be there (apart from one lovely bar lady) A couple of good things I can say is that the rooms are clean and towels changed daily. The location was also great, plenty of food options outside the hotel and 2 minute walk to beach and shops. Please avoid if you have kids, I’m absolutely devastated we’ve wasted this years family holiday at this hotel. 😭
