La recepcion tubimos que hacer dos veces colas de media hora, para que nos designaran una habitacion, fatal

Well honestly I think the hotel is beautiful, the hotel itself is lovely and clean ! And the rooms were cleaned everyday ! We got fresh towels every day and our bed changed twice when we was there (10 nights).. sometimes I think if you treat people nicely they treat you nicely too. Check in was fast and easy ❤️ and the reception staff was fine with us ! And there 24/7. Always helpful too us! My daughter has a disability pram and literally the first day it broke and needed a bolt and screw ! Reception got Super Mario (the fix it guy) and he fixed it no trouble and made sure it was all secure! We was so so grateful ❤️and we booked the spa there for one morning was lovely ! And again no problem too the staff ! Bar staff was constantly working ! Cleaning and making sure everyone was served! And was dead happy and nice to me and my family ! ❤️ yes they do serve the paying customers first but yeno that’s what they are probably told to do ! And at the end of the day you can wait 2mins for a drink ! We can have as many as we wanted ! Never a problem but it did make you feel like a second class citizen as we have paid too! But like I said there probably the staff rules❤️ Snack bar by the pool my kids loved it hahaha ! Again all made fresh and not warmed up .. did take a while to make but yeno it was freshly made to order! For everyone! And the fella was a bit quiet but that’s just the way he is ! Always nice to me again because I was polite and nice to him❤️ Kids entertainment was a bit rubbish am sorry to say ! But yeno they was happy to just have a little dance of an evening! The shows started late 9.30pm some of them and 10pm for others which I think was too late for children! But each to there own❤️ The restaurant was lovely we enjoyed all the food each night and was given a drink of choice with my meal and the kids ! Which was great ! Sangria was lovely in there ! breakfast was nice of a morning (when I got up 🤣) just a bit of a que to get a tea or coffee but whatever! Everyone is in the same boat… Cakes cakes and more cakes omg they was delicious! ❤️and again all the staff were lovely and kind and all working so hard ! I thanked the cooking staff each day as they’re always forgotten about ! Again thank you❤️ The lifts are a pain like as you have to go and down too each floor 🤣 and people who can clearly walk or whatever use them to go from one level to another which would be faster walking up the stairs, when you have a wheelchair or disability pram or something you have to wait … but it’s just one of them things the staff or hotel can’t be blamed for that ! ❤️ Pools were fab ! The slides were a massive hit for the kids ! And the games room was a bonus! They loved it ! Never had a problem getting a sun-bed anytime of day, but we do prefer to sit on chairs by the pool to watch the kids and there was plenty of them too ! ❤️ I honestly think the hotel was nice , just some of the guests were rude or whatever but again you can’t blame the hotel for that ! It’s like they have never seen a disabled child or any child in that manner! If you don’t like the sound of children laughing or playing go to an adult only hotel , every child I met on holiday was gorgeous! And so kid and lovely ! Think people forget what it’s like to have kids or be a kid !❤️ We would go back again as it was lovely and so close to shops and the beach etc that’s what makes it special ! Rapport qualité/prix

Le bruit dans les couloirs. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Les portes se ferment automatiquement en claquant. Donc entre les cris (les gens ne savent plus parler bas, même à 2h du matin), les portent qui claquent toutes les 10 secondes, c'est très stressant. Mettez au moins des valets de portes pour une fermeture en douceur svp !

J’avais réservé une chambre pour 2 personnes en me basant sur les photos Booking. À l’arrivée, une hôtesse blonde nous donne la chambre 612, une chambre à éviter absolument. Elle ne correspond pas du tout aux photos : le lit affiché sur Booking n’est même pas le même que celui de la chambre 612, la “vue sur la montagne” annoncée donne en réalité sur un bâtiment juste devant la fenêtre, et en plus la chambre est située au-dessus des cuisines avec un bruit de machines infernal qui ne s’arrête jamais. Je retourne à l’accueil pour demander un changement de chambre, la réceptionniste me dit que l’hôtel est complet. Pourtant, quand je contacte Booking devant elle, une autre collègue arrivée entre-temps nous donne immédiatement une autre chambre. En plus de ça, la chambre était très sale avec des serviettes et des déchets jettés devant la chambre donc la vue est vraiment pas top. Très mauvaise expérience, manque d’honnêteté et chambre 612 indigne d’être louée.
