розташування чудове - самий центр. пара змін на рецепції - дуже приємні хлопець та дівчинка. у номерах чисто.

паркінг не відноситься до готелю - достатньо не дешевий, але недалеко. Не зручно розвантажувати машину - немає відведеного місця. У номері немає кондиціонеру (жара +30 та холодильнику - були ліки яким потрібний холодильник). Ремонт дуже "втомлений".

Friendly staff. Suite was very large. This is a traditional hotel. Good powerful shower. Very comfy bed. Shop close by and only about 10 minutes walk to the main square. Good bar 'Korba' very good. Breakfast good and really nice cappuccino with breakfast.

Nothing really.

Great location, close to the square/old town/castle, few minutes walk from train station. The room was bigger than expected (twin) but pretty basic. It looked clean but there was a weird smell; like there were pets in the room before, possibly damp, not sure. The lift is really slow; our room was on the 4th floor and we used stairs more than a lift as it was actually quicker. The breakfast was ok; different cereal, breads, ham, cheeses, tomatoes, boiled eggs, fruits and sweet pastries/cakes.

The smell in the room. Small tv. Tiny pillows (one per bed wasn't quite enough). Slow lift.

Location and staff.

It had a tired look and there was no lotion or facial tissue in the bathroom.

La posizione fantastica , 5 min. Dal centro un minuto dalla stazione centrale . La colazione ottima e il personale alla reception molto gentile e preparato sulle informazioni richieste . Se tornerò a Cracovia sarà il mio punto di riferimento. Grazie

L'unica cosa che non va la moquette ovunque purtroppo io non la sopporto .
