Hotel Atlantic El Tope

Excellent location, beautiful rooms, and a great breakfast. Great view.

I understood that the hotel offers parking, but there are only a few spaces in front of the hotel. Street parking was never available during my stay, as it was always full, so I had to use a nearby parking garage, which costs €20 per day.

Nice hotel relatively close to the beach. However not great for people with walking disability. Positioned on a hill with either approximately 200 steps or a steep hill to negotiate. Breakfast was good but dinner disappointing. One main bug bear was the location of our room. We were allocated a room below reception. The corridor was dark and dingy, not appealing at all. The room itself was large and clean, no balcony and due to the fact that you looked out on scrub land, you were unable to leave the window open or you were inundated with bugs. Request an upgrade if allocated these rooms. Otherwise our friends room on the 6th floor was good. We found some of the reception staff difficult to deal with, otherwise other staff were very nice. I would rate this hotel as average.

Swimming pool water is too cold.

Het hotel is netjes, groot, ruim en schoon. Personeel is vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is fantastisch! We hadden Teide view geboekt en daardoor gedurende de dag (wanneer die scheen) zon op ons balkon. De rooftopbar met jacuzzi's zijn een ware aanwinst. Fantastisch uitzicht over de stad en de berg. Je wandelt zo puerto de la cruz in.

Onze kamer was niet gerenoveerd en er hing een wat onaangename lucht. Desalniettemin was de kamer netjes.

Desayuno comidas y cena excelente con una gran variedad de buffet libre à un precio más que razonable.

El parking solo permite aparcar unos cuantos coches y las plazas en públicas en la calle están completamente saturadas . Dependiendo de la hora que llegues puedes encontrártelo lleno y tener que aparcar en un parking público que está a nivel del mar, hay una gran desnivel para acceder a pie al hotel.
