Très très sale, araignées et crasse font partie de décors. Service a revoir, faute du personnelle ou des supérieurs ??? Bien triste pour des vacances sous le signe du soleil Beaucoup de laxisme. Ce ne peut que s amélioré

Il y a eu un souci avec ma réservation et m'ont logement n'était pas disponible. Cependant, je suis tombée sur des personnes très patientes dans les personnes qui travaillent là-bas. On a pu trouver une solution.

Accueil, personnel, vétusté et saleté, eau piscine "non conforme", très bruyant, ascenseur en panne, sécurité acces piscine en panne, climatisation en panne, non respect de la formule "confort"...Bref un cauchemar.

Ça va aller vite car pas beaucoup de choses juste la piscine.

Le domaine n'est pas entretenu , les photos sont trompeuses. Logement indiqué 2 chambres lors de la réservation et bien non 1 chambre et un canapé lit dans le salon. Donc trop petit pour une famille de 4. Logement sale , traces partout sur les murs . Odeur de renfermé. Lave vaisselle non fonctionnelle. Aucune déco, vis apparentes... Lampe abîmée, table avec 3 chaises dans le salon ( pour 4 ) toilette coule si l' on n'appuie pas dessus plusieurs fois... Climatisation hors service. Juste deux ventilateurs. Laverie dans le domaine plus que sale pour être polie. Parking sous terrain accès entrée et sortie sont la même donc niveau accès très compliqué. L' appartement à côté du nôtre était dans un état lamentable vue de notre terrasse... Si qui reflète bien l'état général du "domaine ". Nous sommes partis avant la fin du séjour cela était déjà de trop pour nous . Le personnel est dépassé de tout cela . Car bien évidemment j'ai été me plaindre mais leur réponse: nous sommes complets donc pas de possibilité d'un autre logement.pas d'excuse de leur part ni même un dédommagement . Une honte d'avoir payé pour cela . Heureusement que l'on était toujours en balade car pas possible d'y rester. Et le petit bonus que l'on n'a eu : des blattes dans la cuisine... Je vous joindrais quelques photos comme ça vous pourrez voir de vous même . Si besoin d'autres détails n'hésitez pas à me contacter. J'ai également laissé un super avis ,les concernant sur leur site internet afin d'éviter a d'autres personnes de se faire avoir comme nous ... A fuir concrètement...
